Bringing history to life again
Our mission is the long term preservation of historic properties in our community and beyond. We have been eagerly saving and restoring historic properties mainly in Salisbury for over 40 years. With a passion for 19th Century and Turn-of-the-Century houses we preserve history by removing the layers of time and exposing the original details, then carefully updating these special houses with up-to-the-minute amenities, such as modern quality kitchens and baths. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

Sparta, established in 1866 as the county seat of Alleghany County is a bustling little mountain getaway named after the Greek- city/state. Located near the Blue Ridge Parkway (Cumberland Knob), where the first shovel hit ground in 1935 to begin the Parkway construction.
